Linked to the management development programme we will work with your managers exploring the underpinning principles of coaching. This can be tailored to budget, numbers, ways of working and preference.  Some of our options are:

» Facilitation

At PROTENTIAL Coaching we believe facilitation is the process of enabling groups to work effectively and co-operatively in achieving determined goals. There are many reasons for involving a facilitator.   We could engage with your organisation at the start, middle or near-end of a programme. Some organisations engage us for board meetings which allow all participants to focus on the strategic agenda and allows in-put from the facilitator as an independent view.  Other assignments have been for group dynamics, blends of coaching or the facilitator to be a catalyst of change.
