» What are the criteria for your programme?
» What are your expectations in terms of tools, rapport, chemistry and “fit” to the coachees?
» What part would you like to play in the selection process of matching the right coach for the programme?
2. How will you know?
» What will be the factors and evidence to tell you and us that we’ve selected the right coach for you?

3. Training followed by coaching
» What are the gaps which have been identified as part of the teams PDR (Personal development review) ?
